The Indoor Try-athlon Series
ADULTS - 8am / JUNIORS - 12pm
This event is an indoor triathlon winter series, aimed to keep your winter training on track, give you goals to aim for, or simply have fun and try a multi-sport event for the first time.
For Adults (14+) it consists of a 2k ROW, 5k BIKE and 2k RUN, and Juniors (8-13yrs) 1k ROW, 3k BIKE 1k RUN.
It will be held indoors at the Victory Leisure Centre, North Walsham, and will be using gym equipment (concept II rower, spin bike and treadmill).
These events are open to people of all levels of fitness. (If you have any health conditions which you feel might be a problem, please first consult your GP or a member of the fitness team at Victory Leisure Centre before entering).
The series consists of 3 events. Everyone will receive a finishers medal at each individual event. There will be points awarded per event to those competitors who enter the series and awards will be giving at the last event for all winning competitors.
The dates for the series are:
1 - 14th January
2 - 11th February
3 - 11th March
Adult Registration will be from 07.15-07.45hrs and will commence at 08.00hrs
Junior Registration will be from 11.15-11.45hrs and will commence at 12.00hrs
Entry Fee £15 per Adult, £7.50 per Junior for an individual event.
Series Entry fees are £40 adults/£20 juniors (there is a separate page for series entry, this page is for individual entry only)
Age is taken from what age you will be on 31 December 2018
Note: By entering on-line, you agree to access race information on-line at positivesport.co.uk nearer the time of the event. This will be available approximately 4 weeks before the event.
Results will be emailed out after the event and will be available on our website - positivesport.co.uk
Refunds - Full refunds will be given upto two months prior to the event
50% refunds will be given thereafter leading up to the event
0% refunds will be given within a week of the event
